Technology
Cutting-edge AI, built on the Ensemble platform.
Ensemble is our agentic platform, and every TruHu product is built on it. We own the whole stack, from the models to the testing, security and integrations around them, so every workflow we build makes the next one faster and better.
- Agent platform: Ensemble
- SOC 2 Type II
- ISO 27001
- An employee texts a question.
- A supervisor agent routes it to the right specialist.
- The agent searches that client's plan documents.
- Rules check anything that has to be exact.
- It all runs inside that client's own tenant.
- The answer goes back, and every step is traced.
AI where it helps. Rules where it has to be right.
Pure rule-based automation breaks on exceptions; pure LLM is unpredictable for compliance steps. Ensemble workflows mix both, and put a person wherever the call is yours.
- AI
- Agentic steps: read, interpret, draft.
- Rules
- Deterministic steps: exact and auditable.
- You
- Human approval on every judgment call.
How an Advisor guide runs through it
- 1
Read
Documents in, facts out.
- Every page is read and classified on upload
- Last year's guide is recognized and left out
Run by:AIRules
- 2
Check
Nothing builds on a guess.
- You confirm the plans, their names and classes
- Every plan table is checked against your list
Run by:YouRules
- 3
Build
Figures by rules, prose by AI.
- Plan figures are filled from the source, never the model
- Only the prose that has to sound human is generated

Ship
Your team publishes.
- Publish the microsite, the PDF or a link
- Edits carry over, and next year starts here

Built to keep getting better.
An agent that works in a demo is not the same as one that works reliably in production. Ensemble gives us the whole lifecycle out of the box, so every change is tested, versioned and shipped without us building the plumbing.
- 1
Build
Prompt, model, tools and knowledge bases, configured in one place.
- 2
Test
Evaluations across real scenarios, not just happy paths.
- 3
Deploy
Promoted from dev to staging to production as a published version.
- 4
Monitor
Monitoring agents watch live conversations for quality, PII and policy.
- 5
Improve
Feedback and failure patterns shape the next version.
Every published version is an immutable snapshot, so any change can be rolled back instantly.
We built the factory once. What you need next goes into production faster.
The platform is the factory.
Each workflow is an assembly line inside it: a fixed run of stages, each staffed by an AI worker with the tools for its job. Every line shares the factory's plumbing, architecture and compliance, so a new one starts mostly built and reaches you sooner.
- Factory = platform. Built once, shared by every line.
- Assembly line = workflow. A fixed run of stages that works the same way every time.
- Worker = LLM. Judgment at one stage, with only the tools that stage needs.
Each stage does one small, clear job.
The worker is handed a packet of unfinished work, context on how it behaves and tools built to act on it. It does its part, then sends the packet down the line. Small jobs are easy to get right, which keeps results dependable for your clients.
- One job. The worker makes the call; the line decides what happens next.
- A sealed workspace. Nothing a worker does can reach past its own stage.
- Only what it needs. The inputs and tools for this job. Nothing else.
- The right-sized worker. Quick checks get fast models; hard calls get the most capable.
The same factory runs new lines.
A new product doesn't need a new factory. The conveyor is never rebuilt, and one new stage is far less work than a new line, so what you ask for next reaches you sooner. As the platform matures, it opens up to your customizations and partner-built applications.
- Reorder the stages. Reuse what's built, in whatever order the new job needs.
- Re-staff the workers. Give each stage the worker the new job calls for.
- Build only what's missing. One new stage, not a whole new line.
Enterprise controls at every layer.

Tenant isolation
Conversations, documents and tool data are isolated per organization. No cross-tenant access, by architecture.
Secrets stay server-side
Credentials are encrypted at rest and never reach the browser or the model.
Access control and audit trails
Role-based access, and a log of every interaction, tool call and configuration change.
Your team signs off
Nothing reaches a client until someone on your team publishes it.
